Test whether our reindexing job works on the new cluster that Francis built.

@hectorcorrea I reassigned this to me & Robert because we needed to move forward with the solr upgrade and you were out.

I edited the SOLR_URL environment variable by hand on pdc-discovery-staging1 and 2 and changed it to: lib-solr8d-staging.princeton.edu (this is the new staging cluster) I then kicked off a reindex.

Our recurrent error hasn't happened since we did the switch. Seems like maybe the new solr staging cluster has resolved the problem. 🤞🏻
