This is necessary in order to support the changes merged from https://github.com/pulibrary/tiger-data-app/pull/770

I am concerned regarding the testing of NGINX+ configurations during the Friday afternoon, and as such would please propose that testing this be postponed for 06/24/24.

During the maintenance window for this morning, I have successfully tested the playbooks for the QA and production environments.
