figgy-web-staging[1,2] failing os_updates #5558

Expected behavior

figgy-web-staging[1,2] should be reachable and able to receive os_updates during Patch Monday

Actual behavior

These two VMs failed to update on 11/25 Patch Monday.

Include any error messages from STDOUT, STDERR, log files, etc., that you did not include under 'Actual behavior' above.

Steps to replicate

Re-run the Ansible Tower os_updates playbook on failed hosts.

Impact of this bug

These VMs are not updated with latest security patches.

Checked the network settings on VSphere for both machines and confirmed that all is connected/running. Ran the playbook again on failed hosts and figgy-web-staging[1,2] did not come up in the list of "failed." Will watch these machines on Patch Monday next week.
