collection list for new static page incomplete #59

http://pudl.princeton.edu/collections.php does not generate a complete list

The collection list is generated by collections.php, which wraps a GET request to http://pudl.princeton.edu/collections, which invokes collections.xq. Collections.xq queries the eXist db for eads and processes them. The eads are in an svn repository, http://diglibsvn.princeton.edu/svn/puldi/pudl. (The trunk of that repository is empty; there is a single tagged version, and there is a development branch, which seems to be the one in production).

So these EADs represent the "pudl collections", as collections. In the eXist db as well is a sub-collection called "compiled", which seems to be the set of METS Esmé has copied to Google Drive.

There are 52 EADS, so 52 collections in the PUDL. However there are 73 pudlxxxx subdirectories in the mets directory.
