Update ARKs with item-level targets #82

Many of the ARKs that formerly were pointing at PUDL items were bulk-updated to point to DPUL or other collection-level pages. We should revisit those targets and find item-level targets for as many items as possible.

Western Americana, Postcards, Grounds & Buildings will be the bulk of these (because they are so large).

Postcard and Grounds and Buildings will not be possible due to the way it was ingested versus the way it was described. But The Western Americana will work.
