Page needs reformatting to make some sections for improved readability and ease of use

Why is this maintenance needed?

Difficult to read documentation is hard to use and slows down work.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Can easily differentiate between necessary items that are needed for PANOS tickets
[ ] Can easily copy the necessary items to fill out a ticket.
