Full-Text Search Option #306

The LAE Project pages should provide a full-text search option as well as a barcode search option.

This is one they still need for the project. In light of future developments should we just enable this to happen through the standard catalog controller @jpstroop?

Ugh...I don't know about full text. For barcode, sure, but the full text would require a fair bit of refactoring.
