Cron Log Errors for Feeds #1419

Many of the configured feeds for PPL seem to be broken


WD aggregator: The feed from PPL Physics of Plasma seems to be broken, due to an error "XML_ERR_NAME_REQUIRED" on line 55.                                                         [warning]
WD aggregator: The feed from PPL Physics Today seems to be broken, due to "404 Not Found".                                                                                         [warning]
WD aggregator: The feed from PPL PP&CF seems to be broken, due to "-1002 missing schema".                                                                                          [warning]
WD aggregator: The feed from PPL New Books seems to be broken, due to "404 Not Found".                                                                                             [warning]

These feeds no longer exist and are producing these errors. I am going to remove them since no content is being produced and we are not given alternate sources.
