The omega base theme is not a theme we use any longer. It's purpose is to create Drupal 7 sub-themes which we won't be doing any more. The theme includes many out of data package management files for ruby and javascript that supported the theme generating features of a Drupal base theme. It would be good to remove these from the project because these generate a lot of dependabot alerts for code we don't actually use.
There is a possibility that because our active "pul_base" theme is derived from omega that Drupal will blow up when omega is uninstalled and removed from the codebase. If this happens we can consider just removing the out of data package files and keep the PHP code of the theme.
