Unify Library Feedback Forms #1945

Retain: https://library.princeton.edu/ask-us

Archive and redirect the following forms to the above URL:

https://library.princeton.edu/help/ask-a-librarian https://library.princeton.edu/help/email-us https://library.princeton.edu/help/appointments

These three forms are all linked as choices under the "Ask Us! Chat and more" menu. The following choices would go away:

Ask a Librarian! Email Us! Research Consultation

Redirect these to the ask us form.

Leave the current menu item "Ask Us! Chat and more." Keep a second menu item "Email and Chat Reference" that also links to ask us.
