This was a modified report that added more data fields to an export csv we are loading into libguides. It was merged in October: https://github.com/pulibrary/pul_library_drupal/commit/22a68e3fefba1e6b4ce1dd435299d9f719b15ba4 that I guess disappeared as things were rebased. Given all the updates that happened in the last month I just restored it.
