Add Links to Stackmap Explore for each Library Location #2026

[x] Add new field to store data to the section landing page content type in production.
[x] Update the /libraries view to display this new link marked as "Floorplan"
[x] Display this with a the folding map icon.

Currently active in staging as of 10/16 disabled in prod pending approval from PS stakeholders.

Need to download prod locally and run a features-update and commit to production. Looks like this will be activated after the end of the term at this point.
