Pull Digital PUL Search Results from New All Search API

Have the catalog search results block pull data from the new All search api. These changes will take place in the catalog block module.

• [x] Update data-source attribute with new all search API URL (there is a PHP file specific to the catalog in the drupal module that needs to be updated)
• [x] Update JSON parsing to handle any changes to JSON data-structure from discoveryutils API. (this will update the catalog-specific javascript in the drupal module). This happens in this js file.
• [x] Confirm display looks acceptable
• [x] Confirm record links work
• [x] Staging and Production both point to allsearch-api.princeton.edu
