Integrate blacklight heatmaps #300

Might be useful to provide heatmap / photogrammer as an option to aid in spatial searching. Gabriel's suggestion.

I undertook this effort yesterday for the B1G and have a mostly working branch here: https://github.com/BTAA-Geospatial-Data-Project/geoportal/tree/feature/blacklight_heatmaps

Mostly, I swapped the GBL results.js file with the blacklight_heatmaps index.js one.
