Figure out why we can't add DevOps4Lib tickets to our board #132

We are about to help plan and host DevOps4Lib, so tickets for our team should appear on our board. However, I can't add DevOps4Lib issues to our team board. I have followed the instructions (which didn't work) and I have contacted ZenHub Support.

Short term, this is going to mean spending time setting up the event website.
