Update the globus documentation as part of creating the Deposit endpoint #157

We will be creating an new Globus Endpoint to allow the Curators the ability to assign scratch space for customers to deposit thier data into globus.

This will be on an EC2 instance and connected to a new s3 bucket pdc-describe-deposit

The images showing how PDC is set up and the instructions for setting up globus should be updated as needed
