Move away from deprecated modules

We've enabled the following modules that will be removed in Drupal 10:

• [ ] Color
• [ ] Quick edit
• [ ] RDF
• [ ] CKEditor 4 -- I believe we can just enable CKEditor 5 instead

None of the first three are critical to the operation of the site.
