can't deploy to prod

We can deploy to staging or prod

Actual behavior

Deploying to staging works, prod doesn't

• Composer versions seem to be the same (2.8.1) on both prod and staging boxes?

Apparently, our playbook was installing PHP 8.3, but php-8.1-gd. I'll try updating everything to 8.3 to see if that makes it happy.
