Move the MediafluxTime class to the Mediaflux Module (Mediaflux::Time) #767

What maintenance needs to be done?

MediafluxTime class at the top level is more closely related to sending data to Mediaflux, therefore it should live in the Mediaflux module

Level of urgency

[ ] High
[ ] Moderate
[x] Low

Acceptance criteria

[ ] mediaflux_time.rb in app/models moves to app/models/mediaflux/time.rb
[ ] The class is updated to reflect the name change and being part of the module
[ ] All locations where MediafluxTime are used should change to Mediaflux::Time
