I've implemented a client using Nokogiri... but I'm not sure that it's the best course. I'm not sure about the best direction from here. One possibility is for other developers to make feature branches from this PR to get more familiar about the alternatives, if we don't want to merge as is.
If there's a more concise way to use Nokogiri, great!
The options for service dispatch don't contrast quite as much, but it might be good for the whole group to consider them.
