Install Checkmk for TigerData #282

Background

Our Ops colleagues are in the process of making a final decision on which monitoring platform they want to support. The contenders are Zabbix and Checkmk. We want to set up monitoring with both and provide feedback about the process.

Note: This task might best be done by an ensemble

Acceptance Criteria
