No stone walls for Lorien and Mirkwood? Use Green walls instead, as upgrades to Palisade Walls #167

[x] Make Green Wall an upgrade to Picket/Out walls
[x] Remove stone wall access.

Green Wall improves Picket Walls - increases size radius by 1 (so 3x3 tiles per wall piece). Gfx - green bushes around the picket. Helps close wall gaps. Construction size should still remain 1x1. Is this possible?

Mirkwood gets Dwarven Alliance -> Dwarven Wall so only Lorien should have Stone Walls disabled? Also the size increase hasn't worked well.
