[x] Old Mill should be a mill.
[x] Took House, Village House, Farmstead, Hobbit Hole should act as a house.
[x] Glittering Cave Formations should be gold mines.
[ ] Dunharrow Tent should act as Field Pavilions.
[ ] Dwarven Castle, Hornburg, Meneltarma should be a castle.
[ ] Ice Tower, Tower of Teeth must be towers.
[ ] Green Dragon Inn, Prancing Pony, House of Elrond should be garrisonable.

Is there any source for Meneltarma being a castle? Tolkien Gateway mentions some tombs on the lower slopes, but no other structures

The choice of this name is circumstantial at best. This was the original design for the westron castle, on a mountain, but got dropped for a normal castle. So we've put it back as an Editor building. Need to find something more lore-appropriate for a "castle on a mountain".

Perhaps one of the more substantial Beacons like Amon Dîn or Nardol. Or maybe a generic term such as citadel or fasthold.
