Most UU/mercenary archers don't have this bonus either. Maethor, Marchwardens, Dunlending Archers, King's Archers, Mûmak Archer Tower, Dale Archers, Ithilien Rangers, Morthond Bowmen, and Silvan Archers are all bereft of it. However, Rhudaur and Orc Archers have it. #74
