Bareword "MooseX::Types::DateTime::ButMaintained::DateTime" not allowed while "strict subs" in use #11

MooseX::Types::DateTimeX is no longer supported and has been replaced with MooseX::Types::DateTime::ButMaintained

This is causing Shipment::Service to fail.

This has been fixed in commit b81973e0fab4
