As a user, I would like closed PRs to be crossed out in Slack. #180

In Slack, my Pull Reminders channel is full of crossed out "requested your review" messages, and not crossed out "approved ..." messages. Ideally the "approved" messages would also be crossed out when the PR is closed so that the non-striked-through messages are Reminders to take action on a PR.

Not just closed, the message should be crossed out (strikethrough) if the PR is merged (which is a separate state from closed)
