As a user I would like to configure reminders specifc branches only (QA) #194

Currently I am receiving Pull request Reminders for any brnahc against a repo, which is overwhelming at times. I would like to configure thr reminders to be notified when a poull reuqest is made to specific branch in a repo and not for all branches.
