As a user, I want pull requests in team reminders grouped or highlighted by priority #80

Right now, pull requests in team notifications are just one big glob. For some teams, this starts to just get ignored. There's been feedback around potentially grouping or highlighting pull requests that are more "urgent" or "high priority" relative to others. There's also a related request, As a user, I would like to set a count limit for team reminders.

How about giving the users the ability to customize the grouping of this? Orgs that use high-priority label could then for instance list those up first. Or remind about these more voraciously.

One observation (mainly our side) is that the daily list that comes out might have 10-12, but no real call to action. meaning, I don't see my team jumping on them without me prodding. Can't help but feel that there needs to be some sort of interaction, checkmark, or flag as Red, or an SLA idea (if it shows up 2 days without action then go red

Received a related feature request from @marksb below. I'm trying to think through what grouping options are most useful and should be built in to Pull Reminders. Note that these aren't mutually exclusive, but I'd like to try and keep things simple.

This is mostly a preference, but it would be nice to see the list grouped to easily digest. Something sort of like this:

Repo One Name

  • PR NAME (by @requester)
  • PR TWO NAME (by @requester)

Repo Two Name

  • PR NAME (by @requester)
