Directory slicing #12

There should be something in config that lets a subdirectory of an archive be specified as the root to extract.

This should probably be paired with Layering (#14), along with a value that can be set to place the extraction within the target directory.

I feel like this should probably be flexible enough to allow specifying multiple paths to extract into locations under the target, while recognizing that the most common case is just slicing off a subdirectory for a single zip.

This is landed in development, and will be landing in master once #14 is sorted out.
