I'd rather there be:

If the description has been modified, a "Save Changes" (or "Cancel changes / revert") button
Else, if there's no destination yet, a "Choose Destination" button (and a "Delete" button)
If everything's ready, one "Outputting to $LOCATION (change/browse)" line, with a big "PULL" button (and a "Delete" button)
When it's working, just the progress output (and, ideally, a "cancel" button - #7)

Actually, is there a way to do "Open directory in Explorer" via the Chrome API?

And actually I'm not sure I want to have a delete button. I think I'd rather have something like a drag-and-drop re-ordering mechanism, with an area items can be dropped into a screen below the bottom that deletes them.

This is done in 0.7.0: deletion works by having the button only be visible when the config is blank, which I think makes sense.
