Cannot recursively clone dory #57

There are private git submodules in dory which makes it impossible for others to recursively clone the repo. Could you please move these private modules outside dory? This would be very convenient.

AFAIK, the only private (and unused) submodule has been removed a few weeks ago in this commit https://github.com/pulp-platform/dory/commit/10fc2ef388938bf3801fadc988e390e0cbc8e7fc Can you specify more precisely which submodule creating issues for you?
