Update ips_list.yml #30

The previous version of the i2s would cause issues leading to undriven gates. Updated to a more recent tag which fixes the problem.

Thanks. Let's wait for this https://github.com/pulp-platform/udma_i2s/pull/5, then we can use a correct version number
