soc_mem_map.svh is missing #43

Updating pulp_soc to latest, rtl/pulp_soc/boot_rom.sv includes soc_mem_map.svh, but file does not exist. It it somewhere else?

Ah, just keep poking around and I found that an example is in the pulpissimo repos... design dependent data
