Fix xcelium #5

This fixes some issue where xcelium chokes on:

Update RI5CY to fixed version (circumenventing parser issues in tb)
Axi4PC doesn't exist
zero-riscy doesn't work in the current configuration (new debug unit/interface)
test_cgbypass_i doesn't exist in local IP
