I was doing a license audit and noticed that you have a file checked into your public repository that is expressly prohibited from distribution, which many users now have a copy of because it is automatically distributed when the repository is cloned.

Can you please clarify the disposition of this file?

@bunnie thanks for opening this issue! This was an oversight from our side. Naturally, all the RTL source code in this repository is meant to be licensed under SHL-0.51.

I adjusted the license header accordingly.
