Post-synthesis simulation fails due to missing run_spi_ps.tcl #288

Hi, in sw/apps/CMakeSim.txt there is a custom target defined to do post-synthesis simulations (it creates the $appname.vsim.*.ps makefile targets. Unfortunately, the respective TCL file (vsim/tcl_files/run_spi_ps.tcl) was never published.

I think the author doesn't really intend to publish this file. You could just ignore this, and do the following flow using your own EDA tools and scripts.
