In this PR we propose an alternative offloading mechanism exploiting the CORE-V eXtension Interface through dedicated instructions extensions and a CV32E40X core. We also introduce a hardware module, the redmule_tiler.sv that automatically calculates the configuration of the accelerator, reducing the effort in writing software drivers.
