This reverts commit 989389b0d03ec19dda96b0eab525ea5b43a9faa9, reversing changes made to e19d69efe7d7e4da6c25ed91d5e7f501ab52dd68.

As explained in https://github.com/pulp-platform/riscv-dbg/issues/120, this feature introduced glitches to the reset. Since the resolution still takes time, we will revert this PR and reintroduce it at a later stage.
