[updated] Adding tests for Modular content in search API #181

This commit takes care of testing the search api returns modular content, and also checks whether the updateinfo.xml has erratas present in them.

closes #4112 replaces #166

@rochacbruno I didn't check the whole class (just your test in the class), but I think at least the test needs to be bound to 2.19. Else there are failures when running it in a loop in 2.18.1
