Update Changelog #120

@mdellweg You did warn the next changelog would require manual intervention. Is there a trick to it to make sure next time will work automatically?

Well, first you should fix the changelog locally for the main branch. Then you can run the collect_changes.py script manually and see if it would create new weirdnes. Last resort: Remove all the branches you don't expect to release again (Probably not the worst idea anyway).
