What this does:

Move the main index from pulpcore to pulp-docs. Every top section page is now "owned" by pulp-docs.
Update repository owner reference from pedro-psb to pulp
Update primary color with Pulp's blue: #347dbe
Fix "Pulp Project" title display, which was broken as a side-effect of a CSS trick to hide h1 title on section pages. Now we are using a different trick.
Replace header logo with SVG version without pulp written on it

Closes #22
