Description of the Change

This PR does a lot of catch up, that I've intended to get to much more recently:

Removes appcelerator-titanium
Migrates some data from appcelerator-titanium to titanium
Adds Archived badge to atom-oss-license
Adds Broken badge to omnisharp-atom
Adds Broken badge to jupyter-notebook
Adds Deprecated badge to atom-elixir-formatter
Adds new updates to recommended installation method of Hydrogen

Resolves the following Issues:

Resolves #159
Resolves #173
Resolves #190
