[BUG] Archive `linter-eslint` and `linter-eslint-node` packages #244

linter-eslint is archived: https://github.com/AtomLinter/linter-eslint

And it's probably not working (broken?), but not sure, because the description is:

Lint JavaScript on the fly, using ESLint (v7 or older)

linter-eslint-node package has different description:

Lint JavaScript on the fly, using ESLint (v7 or greater)

So, it's kind of working, with problems, probably we should have some Pulsar's fork. But the repo of this package is also archived: https://github.com/AtomLinter/linter-eslint-node
