[Suggestion] Use VitePress instead #9

I recommend to use VitePress to make static website instead of using VuePress, because the design of VitePress looks nicer and better.

Actually considered it, but vitepress lacks extensibility if we need it. We can change the theming of vuepress going forward and it just hasn't gotten to a point that it's ready yet as it was just re-setup last night.
