When re-opening Pulsar after closing it maximized, it doesn't truly maximize #1024

What happened?

After closing Pulsar while maximized, Pulsar re-opens with part of the window edge visible, as if it didn't properly re-maximize on restarting the program.

Pulsar version

1.117.0

Which OS does this happen on?

🪟 Windows

OS details

22631.3593

Which CPU architecture are you running this on?

x86_64/AMD64

What steps are needed to reproduce this?

  1. Open Pulsar.
  2. Maximize Pulsar.
  3. Close Pulsar.
  4. Re-Open Pulsar.

Same problem, it makes me insane :face_with_spiral_eyes: Pulsar v1.120.0 on Fedora 40 GNU/Linux
