1.114.0 Changelog #927

Adds all new changelog entries.

There are still some PRs that might make it in last minute, so no worries, this won't be merged too quickly.

References #928

Maybe we can add a "highlighted change" line something like this?: "Bumped dugite, which should make the github package work on ARM Linux"

EDIT: Or "Bumped dugite to make the github package compatible with ARM Linux"

I can push a commit with that line in both files in a sec, if you don't get to it before me @confused-Techie.

EDIT: Not sure if I add it to the top or bottom, or what the chronological ordering is, if any. Hmm.

@DeeDeeG Just pushed the requested change. In general I try to make everything in the changelog from earliest first order
