  • [x] from outside project folder init app using flutter cli: flutter create --org com.qsars rcs_mobile
  • [x] set java version to 1.8: jenv local 1.8
  • [x] include README.md and .gitignore files
  • [x] reset to vanilla starting app lib/main.dart
  • [x] test successful run on both iOS and Android
  • [x] run successfully flutter doctor: flutter doctor -v
• [x] setup repo branches, and ignore files
