Adjustable width of open sidebar #271

Currently, sidebar panels have a fixed width. Which is totally enough for Bookmarks and History for instance, but too narrow for Downloads, and even more for Bitwarden for instance.

I'd like this sidebar panel to have a flexible width...

And also, maybe, make it overlapping the main window instead of resizing it ?

(While i'm here, just letting you know Pulse is now my main everyday browser 🎉 )

My bad, i've been pointed that the issue wasn't on your side... i guess i've made a mistake with my custom style... i had totally hidden the "splitter" instead of just restyling it 👀
