Sidebar configured to be at the right sticks to left on startup until clicked on #277

Tested on EndeavourOS, version 1.0.0-a78

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure Pulse to have the sidebar on the right ("Move Sidebar to Right")
  2. Restart Pulse.

Expected behaviour When the sidebar is configured to the right, on startup it should be on the right.

What actually happens The sidebar is on the left until it's clicked on, and then it'll be on the right.
