Cannot scroll properly with vertical tabs #312

(I messed up the issue report before and closed it on accident so I'm sorry about that, I'm not used to reporting issues on github)

(Version: 1.0.0-a.87 Alpha, OS: Windows 10 Home 22H2 19045.4529)

When using vertical tabs with a bunch of tabs open, scrolling doesn't work (on trackpad or with mousewheel)

Extensions: Augmented Steam BTRoblox Cookie Quick Manager Custom Scrollbars (Issue still occurs with this extension disabled) Gesturefy Honey Readwise Highlighter Restore Old Roblox Server List Return YouTube Dislike RoGold (why do I have so many roblox extensions) Save webP as PNG or JPEG Search by Image SponsorBlock (I think I need to clean out my extensions)

issue appears with and without smooth scrolling
